“It was some type of chemical in solid form in a plastic bowl, weighing about half a kilogramme, but without a fuse or detonator,” Jamshed Town SSP Amir Farooqi said.
The blast took place outside the Hindu Compound near the Soldier Bazaar police station in a densely populated area.
“According to preliminary investigation, the explosion was caused by low-intensity explosives which didn’t leave a crater.
Even motorcycles parked nearby were not badly damaged. They just overturned and were covered by rubble,” Special Investigation Unit (SIU) SSP Raja Umar Khattab told Dawn.
Dr Shakil Malik of the Civil Hospital said all the injured were men and their ages varied between 17 and 36 years.
Sadly this news didn't even make it to prominent Pakistani news websites. When will the government realize that its their duty to protect minorities. The majority is overwhelming but Hinduism is a faith which all inhabitants of India practiced centuries ago. Please don't allow this culture to die.I hope the govt will wake up and eliminate anti-social elements.
ReplyDeleteAn underground railroad needs to be established to get the Hindus out of Pakistan and Bangladesh, and into India. Perhaps a setup with an Indian political party to provide vote banks, or something along those lines, since we know altruism will not be a motive for politicians. Let Pakistan burn on its own, get the Hindus and Sikhs out of harms way.
