Introduction to Pakistan Hindu Foundation (PHF)




The Pakistan Hindu Foundation (PHF) is one of the leading socio-political representative organization of the Hindu community in heavily Muslim Pakistan. 

Pakistan Hindu Foundation (PHF) is a Representative Body of Hindus residing  in Pakistan. PHF president DM Maharaj says that far basic aim of the (PHF) is to develop    unity among the scared community scattered in the nook and corner of  the country and establish relations between all the factions of the community specifically the low income group of the society habited in the urban and rural areas of all the four Provinces, mainly in Sindh.

Hinduism in Pakistan 


Hindus in Pakistan make barely 2% of the total population, roughly 3 million people. The Hindu minority has reserved seats in the National Assembly and can also vote for their local candidate.
Hindus are mainly concentrated in the Province of Sindh where they form around nearly 8% of the population.
